What services do you offer?
We offer personal care, home nursing, support coordination (including specialist support coordination), psychosocial recovery coaching, complex care, hospital discharge support, supported independent living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), accommodation (short-term, medium-term and respite), group activities and social community access.
Which areas do you cover?
We support people across Melbourne and Geelong, including Box Hill, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Epping, Footscray, Geelong, Hawthorn, Lalor, Lyndhurst, Melbourne CBD, Reservoir, Richmond, Roxburgh Park, St Albans, Sunshine and Werribee. All of our services are available in each of these areas. Our office is in the Melbourne CBD.
Can I use my NDIS funding for your services?
In most cases, yes. Which part of your plan pays for a support depends on the type of support and how your plan is managed. We’ll go through this with you before anything starts, so there are no surprises.
Can I switch to Timeless Services VIC from another provider?
Yes. As an NDIS participant, you can choose who provides your supports. We can talk you through the steps, including checking any notice period in your current service agreement.
Can I choose my support worker?
Yes. You can tell us what matters to you in a support worker – for example gender, language or shared interests – and we’ll do our best to match you with someone who suits your preferences, goals and routine.
How quickly can support start?
We’ll get back to you during business hours to talk about your needs, then start support as soon as we can. Timing depends on your plan, the support you need and availability in your area.
